A Delhi High Court order in a case brought by JioStar barred 35 websites from illegally streaming its films, TV shows and web series, and the list of banned piracy hubs included hdhub4u.fail. Nobody stands behind it. MalwareTips says the operator is anonymous, and the site acknowledges operating in a legal grey area while warning about intrusive ads and malicious links. That tells you what the site’s owners think of its safety. malwaretips

Why are there so many HDHub4u domains?

Blocked piracy sites move to new addresses, so HDHub4u exists as a swarm of look-alike domains. One MalwareTips scan found hdhub4u.menu sending visitors to hdhub4u.bi, which links onward to others such as hdhub4u.ms. The same report says the keyword appears in 819 domains. That’s an automated tool’s count, so treat it as a rough sign of scale, not an exact figure. malwaretips

What should you do if you already visited HDHub4u?

Remove the notification permission first, then check for downloads and extensions. In Chrome, go to Settings, then Privacy and security, then Site settings, then Notifications, and remove any site you don’t recognize.
