A small, paid task relevant to the role. This is how we see how you actually work, not just how you interview.
4. Team call
Meet one or two more people from the team. This is as much for you to assess us as it is for us to assess you.
5. Offer
If it's a good fit on both sides, we'll move to an offer within a few days. No lengthy deliberation.
