Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 1, 2026
Welcome to PrivacyReport. By accessing or using our website, scanning tools, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.
1. Use of the Service
PrivacyReport grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our service strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use our scanners to target applications or infrastructure that you do not own, or do not have explicit authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2. Accuracy of Results
While we continually strive to improve the accuracy of our vulnerability detection engine, static analysis is an inherently complex process. PrivacyReport provides findings on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that our service will identify every security vulnerability, nor do we guarantee that every flagged issue is a critical threat (false positives may occur). You are solely responsible for verifying the findings and testing any suggested remediations before applying them to your production environments.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PrivacyReport, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; any content obtained from the Service; and unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
